On November 30, 2021, Resolution No. XXXVI/368/2021 of the Opole Regional Assembly came into force. The resolution main goal was the introduction of restrictions on the operation of installations in which fuel combustion takes place. In order to prevent the negative impact on human health and the environment, restrictions were introduced within the administrative borders of the Opolskie Voivodeship, covering the entire calendar year, defined by the “anti-smog resolution”.
